Kevin Clark is a brand strategist, author, customer experience designer, and transformational leader. He works with business leaders, marketing experts, brand strategists, designers, academics, futurists, and cultural anthropologists about the wants and needs of customers, and emerging social and technology trends. He is a sought-after global speaker about brand strategy, customer experience design, change management, and innovation.

He is President and Founder of Content Evolution LLC Worldwide, formed in 2002 to manage the rights to Clark's written works and public appearances, and now a global consulting ecosystem designed to meet selected client needs in the brand, customer experience, and business strategy and transformation, using integral practices and proprietary techniques.

In early 2009 Kevin retired from IBM with 30 years of service. He is Program Director emeritus, Brand and Values Experience, IBM Corporate Marketing and Communications - responsible for discovering and creating new ways for people to experience IBM, and the global IBM Brand Experience Community Leader; he created the community in 2001. IBM is valued as the #2 brand worldwide at $59 billion in 2008 according to Interbrand and reported in Business Week, making it the most valuable business-to-business brand in the world.

Before joining the corporate staff, Clark was Brand Steward and portfolio architect of the IBM Think family of personal computer offerings, including IBM ThinkPad notebook computers. He was also the Program Director, Market Intelligence and Business Development for IBM Personal Systems Group with four direct report managers, and a total staff of 50.

Kevin is the founder of the behavioral school of branding and the author of Brandscendence: Three Essential Elements of Enduring Brands published by Kaplan/Dearborn in 2004, and is a contributing author to several other books. He is also co-author of the keynote article "Unleashing the Power of Design Thinking" for the summer 2008 issue of Design Management Review. He is co-author of "IBM's Think Strategy: melding business and brand strategy," appearing in the spring 2004 issue of Strategy and Leadership magazine, co-author of "Experience Design that Drives Consideration" for the Winter 2006 issue of Design Management Review, and "How IBM Innovates" for the April 2006 issue cover story for PDMA Visions, journal for the Product Development Management Association. Kevin lectures regularly at Duke University Fuqua School of Business in market segmentation and is an executive education instructor for branding at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is certified in Spiral Dynamics, is a member of the Writers Guild of America, is a member of the Design Management Institute, is a member of the International Affairs Council, and has been a senior instructor for the IBM Marketing Management Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science Degree, School of Arts & Sciences, in Communications, 1978.

David J. Radosevich, Ph.D., is a professor of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.  Previously, he was a professor of Management at Montclair State University and a professor of Psychology at the Ohio State University.

For over a decade, David has been helping organizations develop and maximize their human capital to drive business success, using business tools such as executive assessment, selection, training, needs assessment, and performance management.  His clients have included Wal-Mart, Schering Plough, the New York State Police, Bell Atlantic, and Developmental Dimensions International, where he has assessed leaders from several Fortune 500 firms.

Dr. Radosevich lectures regularly on the fusion of business and psychology to drive workplace best practices and business performance, including such topics as Leadership Development, Team Building, Organizational Change and Transformation, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Statistics, Research Methods, and Psychology.  He has been consistently recognized by graduate students, undergraduate students, and colleagues for his ability to deeply engage students and prepare them to provide immediate value in their careers.  David speaks regularly to education professionals on ways to improve the art and science of teaching through the use of technology and engaged learning.

David’s work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Business Research, and Innovate.  He also contributes to the Academy of Management and American Psychological Association, among other professional organizations.  David graduated Summa Cum Laude in Psychology from McDaniel College and earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Greg Hurtz, Ph.D., is a professor of industrial and organizational psychology at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). His extensive research has been widely recognized by the local and national scientific communities, serving as the foundation for his work to help organizations optimize their human resource practices.

For more than a decade, Greg has applied his expertise in psychometrics, research methodology and statistical analysis to create management tools and drive best practices in the measurement, prediction, and improvement of employee performance. His extensive experience in the development and validation of tests for employee licensure, certification, selection, and training evaluation have added direct value to organizations such as GE Capital, Excelsior College, the American Board of Nursing Specialties, and public agencies involved in the selection and training of corrections and law enforcement personnel in New York and California. His work to develop best practices for consulting services has helped Biddle Consulting Group and Comira Testing to enhance their services to clients across industries. Greg’s recognized capabilities and proven results have driven organizations to seek out CSUS for professional consultation.

In addition to numerous conference presentations and publications, Dr. Hurtz has served as an expert reviewer for several scientific journals in applied psychology and measurement. He is currently a member of the review board for EEO Insight and an associate editor and chapter author for a forthcoming handbook of work analysis. His informative lectures and active mentoring have prepared his graduate students to apply a variety of workplace management principles with excellence, earning praise from employers and improving the practices of diverse public and private organizations in northern California. Greg earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from CSUS and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
